Overview
Commercial paving in Seattle.
Property managers, facility directors and HOA boards have different priorities than homeowners. You need a predictable quote, a reliable schedule, minimal disruption to your tenants, and pavement that holds up long enough to budget the next cycle. We work with you the way you want to be worked with, clear written scope, phased schedules, and honest conversations about what can wait and what can't.
Who we work with
Commercial property owners, retail landlords, apartment and townhome HOAs, restaurant groups, office park managers, medical and dental groups, auto dealerships, self-storage operators, churches, private schools, and small industrial park owners. We've paved for mom-and-pop landlords and national REITs alike.
Maintenance plans
We can set up a multi-year maintenance plan that stretches the life of your asphalt: annual crack-sealing, sealcoat every 2 to 3 years, ADA compliance checks, and striping refreshes. Good maintenance can turn a 12-year lot into a 20-year lot. Bad maintenance, or no maintenance, is how a lot gets condemned.
Ballpark pricing
Full commercial paving runs $4 to $7 per square foot. Sealcoating runs $0.20 to $0.35 per foot on commercial square footage. Crack-fill is billed per linear foot. Striping has a per-stall rate. Every quote is itemized so you can see exactly what you're paying for and what you can skip.
